Functional Behavior Assessment includes face to face caregiver interview, review of pertinent records, reinforcer survey, environmental analysis, behavioral observation to determine baseline levels of behaviors, determination of functions of problem behaviors and standardized assessment of current functioning levels.  Based on the results of those activities, a Behavior Plan will be created specifically for your child.

The Behavior Plan will include strategies to decrease problem behaviors, objective goals for behavioral excesses and deficits as well as recommendations for service delivery.  Goals for parents will also be included, as we feel parent involvement is very important to the behavioral development of your child.
